Check-in/Check-out

Check-in from 16.00 h; if you intend to arrive later than 19.00 h please kindly let us know. Latest check-out time is 10.00 h. Early check-in / late check-out are available on request

Min­im­um stay

We do have a 2-night minimum stay throughout the whole season

De­pos­it

A deposit of £50.00 per reservation is due at the time of booking directly with us; non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival

Can­cel­la­tion policy

Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival; cancellations within these 7 days will be charged for the full stay (100%)

If you do have special requirements (allergies, diets, etc.) please kindly let us know in advance; we will do our best to fulfil them

As our charming home is a 200 year old fisherman’s cottage, we do not have a lift or disabled facilities

NO SMOKING FA­CIL­ITY

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the B&B’s property or structure; actions handling any sort of fire are strictly prohibited.

Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
